SPG SETUP - ONLY THREE REQUIRED CONFIG VALUES

Open config.py and change only these three values:

BOT_TOKEN = "PASTE_YOUR_NEW_TOKEN_HERE"
OWNER_IDS = [123456789]
HEAD_MANAGER_IDS = [987654321]

Replace the example numbers with real Telegram numeric IDs. If no Head Manager exists yet, use HEAD_MANAGER_IDS = [].

You do NOT need to configure a webhook secret, channel IDs, shift times, or media paths. Defaults are included. The webhook secret is generated automatically and stored in `.spg_webhook_secret`; keep that private file intact.

For cPanel webhook registration, the subdomain URL is passed one time as a command argument after creating the Python app and activating its virtual environment:
  bash setup_cpanel.sh https://YOUR-SUBDOMAIN.example.com/webhook

The host URL is deployment-specific and cannot be guessed before you create the subdomain.
